Other Information
Similar colour and fruiting season to St. George's Mushroom but the sinuate gills were unexpected. Entoloma sinuatum is rather similar. Both species smell mealy. The Entoloma is poisonous and St. George's Mushroom is suspect as it can cause adverse reactions when eaten - Rob Randall. Probably an old specimen of St,. George's Mushoom - Alan Rayner.
