Annual General Meeting

FreeJoin us for a review of BRLSI’s 2023 to 2024 financial year and to hear news of our future projects.
The Annual General Meeting is a vital part of our governance process. It is where the Institution formally reports to its members on its finances and activities during the previous financial year, and where new Directors are formally elected to the Board.
The event begins at 7.30pm. We will meet in Queen Square, and we ask that you arrive by 7.20pm to ensure that you are properly signed in. We will also broadcast the AGM via Zoom but online attendees will not be able to vote on the agenda items unless they have set up a proxy. If you wish to vote by proxy, please email reception@brlsi.org or contact the Reception at the Institution no later than Friday 18 October.
All current BRLSI members are welcome. Lapsed members are welcome to renew their membership on the evening. Alternatively, memberships can be renewed here

Members may suggest items for consideration under Any Other Business by writing to the Company Secretary, John Gardner, at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution, 16-18 Queen Square, Bath BA1 2HN or emailing reception@brlsi.org by no later than Friday 18 October.
