Mrs Dalloway is one of the great modernist novels detailing a day in the life of Clarissa Dalloway, a fictional upper-class woman in post-World War One England.
Attitudes towards love and relationships altered greatly during the first part of the twentieth century. This discussion, chaired by Betty Suchar, will focus on the relationships in Virginia Woolf’s life and how relationships are presented in her famous novel.
