Places of the Heart – concert of readings & presentations

A concert of readings and presentations inspired by place, including launch readings from participants’ recently published books.

The morning workshop in April encouraged us to think about our own special places and landscapes in the company of Bath writer Andrew Able Lawrence, who has walked and written about every street in Bath.

This June afternoon is an opportunity for writers and photographers to share their own ideas and images in showcase readings and slide presentations and for published writers to introduce us to some of the special places which have featured in their work.

We are also inviting readers for some of the mesmerising pieces from our Sense of Place reading list.
